End User License Agreement

Please read this end user license agreement(“Agreement”) carefully before using this software.

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) and Digital Labor Solutions (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) governing your use of the software, website, mobile application, or digital services (collectively, the “Product”) provided by the Company.

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Product.

License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or internal business use, subject to this Agreement.

Restrictions

You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Product. You must not use the Product in violation of any laws or third-party rights.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain with the Company. The Product is licensed, not sold.

Updates and Support

We may provide updates, which may be applied automatically. Support is offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may revoke your license if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete any copies of the Product.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the Product.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], excluding its conflict of law rules.
